Data Deletion

This temporary Chunkiva website does not currently create public user accounts or store product profiles through this page. If you believe you have shared personal information with Chunkiva through a direct communication channel, you may request deletion of that information.

1. How to request deletion

Send your request to contact@chunkiva.com.br. Please include enough information for us to understand your request and identify the relevant data.

2. What may be deleted

• Information you voluntarily provided in direct communications, when applicable.
• Internal records associated with that communication, where deletion is feasible and legally permissible.

3. What may be retained

Certain technical logs, security records, or operational information may be retained for legitimate legal, security, compliance, fraud-prevention, or infrastructure reasons, subject to applicable law and provider retention schedules.

4. Future product updates

If Chunkiva later introduces accounts, uploads, or messaging integrations for public users, this page may be updated with more detailed deletion procedures.
